Change to CITB Executive Leadership Team Announced

Jackie Ducker, Executive Director for Customer and Product Director at CITB, is set to leave the organisation later in the year for a new Chief Customer Officer role in NHS Property Services. Jackie has worked for CITB since July 2021.

She said: “Supporting the NHS has always been one of my personal ambitions. This was an unmissable opportunity for me although I leave CITB with a heavy heart. CITB is a remarkable organisation, with a strong social purpose delivered by talented colleagues who care passionately about the difference they all make. Under Chief Executive Tim Balcon’s leadership, the culture is transforming and CITB is set to go on to even greater things. I have been incredibly proud of the progress we have made together and the value we have delivered for customers through our purpose to support industry.”
