For larger employers, there’s an opportunity to design a leadership programme that’s tailored entirely to your needs. If you have more than 250 employees, CITB offers funding of up to £100,000 through our Leadership and Management Fund to support the development of a fully bespoke training programme. Find out more.
Full qualification
If you’re looking for a more comprehensive route, CITB is funding 10,500 places for construction-specific leadership courses. With a recognised ILM Level 3 qualification on offer for just £154 per employee (usually up to £2,000), it’s an affordable way to equip your team with industry-recognised skills that will last a lifetime.
