The project will further develop an employer toolkit which will result in the creation of an inclusive and diverse workforce. Leaders and Managers from main contractors and their supply chains will receive the training and development to embed FIR principles into their project delivery and workforce management strategies.
- Develop a Fairness, Inclusion & Respect awareness training course and deliver to 400 individuals from 300 firms, of which we aim for 65% to be SMEs; FIR awards ceremony;
- 2 online e-learning courses that address FIR issues and deliver to 100 individuals from 75 firms, of whom 65% will be SMEs;
- develop 4 case studies and 2 toolbox talks to be stored on a resource library on the Supply Chain Sustainability School platform

End of project summary
The project finished in August 2017. The FIR programme has trained 1,388 people from 698 companies, the majority of which were SMEs, through 37 seminars and workshops.
