This project will offer a programme of training and support for the four beneficiary groups outlined, catering to each group's specific needs and offering guaranteed interviews

  • Women: 253 engaged, 100% have an interview, 90% undertake work experience or work shadow (227), 70% into sustainable job opportunities or apprenticeships with a career plan (177)
  • Full time learners:  259 engaged, 100% have an interview, 90% undertake work experience or work shadow (233), 60% into sustainable job opportunities with a trade aligned career training plan (155)
  • NEETs: 217 engaged,  80% receive an interview (174), 60% undertake work experience or work shadow (130), 50% into sustainable job opportunities with an apprenticeship or career plan with further study (109)
  • Service leavers: 146 engaged, 100% receive job interview, 100% undertake work experience or work shadow. 80% into sustainable job opportunities with a career plan (117)
