This project will work with 240 women and 30 companies, 50% of which will be SMEs.

The project will support women with pre-employment support and provide employers with support in employing and retaining women within their companies.

This expands on the WIC current offering by extending the offer to the West Midlands and East of England

  • 240 beneficiaries engaged
  • 30 companies engaged (50% SMEs)
  • 150 beneficiaries signed up and registered 125 clients completing job specific training
  • 95 clients completing work placements
  • 50 clients gaining employment
  • 25 clients in sustained employment (>26 weeks)
  • 24 case studies
  • Final Project Report.
