Checklists and forms

Checklists and forms to accompany the GE700 publication are listed in the categories below, as well as forms for GE707. These documents are free to download.

You will notice that the new documents below have a different appearance to the previous, basic checklists and forms.

These are now guidance documents. They have been designed to support organisations in the development of their own bespoke checklists and forms, including those covered across our series of Site Safety Plus GE700 publications. This will ensure alignment to specific site needs, and aid organisations with successfully managing their particular health, safety and environment risks.

We have combined old checklists or forms which covered the same content into one guidance document: for example, rather than have several covering various situations where you would require a permit to work, we now have one which contains the information needed in any permit-to-work situation.

Please note that they are currently still referred to as ‘checklists and forms’. In the future, the name will be changed to reflect their purpose as guidance documents.

Please note that these files may not be compatible with assistive devices.

These documents should be read and used in conjunction with guidance contained within GE700 Section B.
